i am a pakistani how can i study indian classical music in any college of india in india?

I live in Pakistan( Islamabad).I born in Peshawar i am 29 years old
and i really love Indian Classical Music and extermly like to learn
classical music also i m doing paractice of music daily and higly
thirsty to learn more from experince and respected Indian Music
Teachers.But I dont know that how could i take admission in India and
if there is any college are university available where i can take
addmision and continue learning music? If it is possible to study in
India by a Pakistani student.Please Answer......
